Since 1981, we have established our position with U.S. government agencies as a leading engineering contractor for jet fuel storage and aircraft fueling facilities, having performed the engineering for major projects at seven U.S. military bases including three air bases outside the U.S. The award of these projects was based largely on contractor experience and personnel qualifications. In the past three years, we have won four of six so-called “Build, Own, Operate”; or “BOO” projects to provide fueling facilities for the U.S. Defense Energy Support Center.
